Custom Deck Builders Serving the Spokane Area and Eastern Idaho

Dynamic Decks is a residential deck builder with teams serving the Spokane area and Idaho Falls. Our team designs and builds custom decks for your property, and helps you work through the choices that matter.

Build a New Deck or Rebuild What You Have

A new deck starts with what you want to do outside and how you get there from the house. We can talk through where you will sit, where the stairs should land, and whether the deck gives you room to move around a table without squeezing past the railing.

If you already have a deck, tell us what is not working. Sometimes the layout is the problem, not just the boards. We can discuss what needs a closer look before you decide whether to rebuild it. Railings and covers are worth mentioning early on because they affect how the space looks and how the structure is planned. Your local team can confirm which options it offers for your project.

How Ground and Weather Shape Your Deck Plan

Before we settle on a deck style, we look at the property. The height of the back door, the slope of the yard, and where water drains all affect the layout. We also talk through how much sun, rain, and snow that spot gets, and how you want to use the space.

With the layout in mind, material samples become more useful. Wood, composite, and PVC each have a different look and different upkeep needs. Ask our local team which products are available for your project and what caring for them involves. Then you can choose a surface with a clearer picture of the deck it will go on.

Local Deck Permits and HOA Requirements

We start by checking which rules apply to your property. Permit requirements vary by address and project, and a home outside city limits may follow a different approval process than one inside. If you have an HOA, bring its guidelines to our first conversation. Its review is separate from a building permit, so we can account for both while the layout is still flexible. As the plan takes shape, we should confirm which drawings and approvals are needed and who is responsible for each before work begins.

Warranty Coverage for Your Deck Project

Ask the team serving your property for the written workmanship warranty terms that apply to your project. Product warranties come from the manufacturer and depend on the materials selected. We can help you separate those two types of coverage before you commit.

Check If We Build Decks in Your Area

Choose your area so you reach the right local team. Tell us what you’d like to change and share a few photos or rough ideas if you have them. You don’t need to draw up a plan first; your local team can confirm whether it serves your address and offers the work you have in mind.
